Used in aromatherapy as a nervine/carmative and to help relieve joint and muscle pain associated with sprains, strains and rheumatoid arthritis.

Ingredients:

Apium graveolens (Celery essential oil) (seed) 100%

Instructions for Use:

Adults (≥ 18 years): Add 1-4 drops to 5 ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and apply to affected area up to 3 times per day for local application.

Body massage: add 2-8 drops to 10 ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil once daily.

For topical applications do not use essential oils undiluted.

For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

External use only.

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with water or vegetable oil.

Store at room temperature.
