Ingredients:

Each tablet contains:

S-Adenosylmethionine (SAMe) 400 mg
Folate [(6S)-5-Methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt] 1,000 mcg
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 1,000 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate (veg), stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, mannitol, sodium carboxymethyl starch, and coating (methacrylic acid copolymer, triethyl citrate, titanium dioxide, and silicon dioxide).

Purity: This product is non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegetarian.

Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 tablet per day on an empty stomach with water 30 minutes before a meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Cautions:Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have hyperhomocysteinemia. Do not take at night since product may cause anxiety, restlessness and insomnia. Not recommended for use in children. If taking mood regulating agents, and hepatotoxic agents, consult your healthcare practitioner before taking SAMe in place of or in addition to those medications. Possible side effects are: mild gastrointestinal upsets (such as stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, and flatulence), anxiety, hyperactive muscle movement, insomnia, and hypomania.
