Ingredients:

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate (veg.), stearic acid (veg.), silicon dioxide, mannitol, sodium carboxymethyl starch, and coating (methacrylic acid copolymer, triethyl citrate, titanium dioxide, and silicon dioxide).

Recommended Dose: Adults take one tablet per day on an empty stomach with water 30 minutes before a meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have hyperhomocysteinemia. If taking anti-depressants, hepatoxic agents or monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, consult your healthcare practitioner before taking SAMe in place of or in addition to those medical treatments. Possible side effects are: mild gastrointestinal upsets (such as stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, and flatulence), anxiety, hyperactive muscle movement, insomnia, and hypomania. People with bipolar disorder (manic-depressive illness) should not use SAMe unless under medical supervision. Do not take at night since product may cause anxiety, restlessness and insomnia.
