HMF Multi Strain is a source of probiotics that helps support gastrointestinal health and promote a favorable gut flora. Each capsule provides 15 billion CFU from a consortium of 16 probiotic strains, including proprietary, human-sourced strains; Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium.

Recommended Dose: Adults, Adolescents and Children (6 years and older): Take 1 capsule daily, at le ast 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antimicrobial agents and other medicines, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
