Each capsule contains:

Oregano Flowering Tops Essential Oil Std. Extract (70% Carvacrol) 95 mg
Clove Leaf Essential Oil (Syzygium aromaticum) 45 mg
Ginger Root Essential Oil (Zingiber officinale) 45 mg
Wormwood Leaf Essential Oil (Artemisia absinthium)45 mg
Evening Primrose Seed Oil (Oenothera biennis) 20 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Modified corn starch, hypromellose, silica, magnesium stearate, d-alpha tocopheryl acetate.

Recommended Dose: Adults Take one capsule two times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. For occasional use only.

Cautions: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you are allergic to the plants of the Lamiaceae family, do not use.
