R-Alpha lipoic acid 100mg
Bilberry (fruit Vaccinium myrtillus -standardized to 25% anthocyanosides) 60mg
Quercetin 50mg
Zinc (citrate) 10mg
Lutein 2mg
Chromium (chromium polynicotinate) 65mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose.
