Bio Lonreco Multivitamins Plus Iron 250 ml:

Liquid Iron supplement. Helps to prevent iron deficiency anemia and associated tiredness and fatigue. 

Ingredients:

10 ml contains

Niacinamide (vitamin B3) 40 mg
Iron (ferrous gluconate) 16 mg
Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) (d-Pantothenic) 5 mg
Thiamine (vitamin B1) 4.5 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 3 mg
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) (riboflavin-5-phosphate; sodium salt) 2 mg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 10 mcg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Purified water, beef liver (heme iron source), caramel, cherry flavour, citric acid, ethyl alcohol, glycerine, benzoic acid, sucrose, sorbitol.

Suggested Dose:

Adolescents 12 to 18 years old take 1/2 ampoule (5 ml) per day.
Women > 50 years old take 1 ampoule (10 ml) per day.
Men 18 years and older take 1 ampoule (10 ml) per day.
Women 19-15 years old take 2 ampoules (20 ml) per day.
Pregnant women take 2 ampoules (20 ml) per day.
All age groups or take as recommended by a health care practitioner.

For all age groups take with food a few hours before or after taking other medicine or natural health products. Can be mixed with juice or water.
