Liquid Iron is used to help maintain healthy physiological iron stores. This non-constipating citrate form of iron has been blended with Vitamin B12 and folic acid in a pleasant-tasting vanilla flavoured liquid.
Ingredients:
Each teaspoon (5 ml) contains:
Iron (Ferric ammonium citrate) 20 mg
Folate (Folic acid) 440 mcg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 110 mcg
Non-medicinal Ingredients: Filtered water, glycerine, vanilla flavour, caramel flavour, stevia, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
Purity: gluten free, soy free, vegetarian friendly.
Suggested Dose: Take one tea spoon a day with food or as directed by a practitioner.
