Passion Flower Tincture is an excellent relaxant and sleep aid, especially if you’re going through a period of mental stress.

A beautiful climbing plant that thrives in tropical and subtropical regions, passion flower was introduced to Europe from the Americas by the Spanish in the 16^th century. From the outset, it was recognized for its remarkable tranquilizing and sedative properties.

Passion Flower can help with restlessness or trouble sleeping on account of mental stress.

Contains compounds that act on the central nervous system with an overall mild tranquilizing effect,  Eases the transition into restful sleep without next-day hangover.

Ingredients (per 1 ml): 

Administration: Adults and adolescents 13 and over: TTake 1 ml (30 drops) four times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. May also be taken as a one-time 4 ml (120 drops) daily dose in a little water at bedtime. 

Cautions: Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms worsen. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
