St Francis Lemon Balm 60 Veg Capsules

Lemon Balm has been used since antiquity as a calmative herb for a nervous heart, nervous stomach, and difficulties getting to sleep. It may be described as a nerve remedy and sedative with a digestive dimension.

Medicinal Ingredients (250 mg per capsule): A 5:1 concentration, each capsule contains the equivalent of 1250 mg of dried Certified Organic Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis, herb top)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegicap), certified organic maltodextrin - Alcohol free

Dosage: Adults & adolescents 13 & over: Take 1 capsule 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach. When used as a sleep aid, full daily dose can be taken at bedtime.

Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms worsen or persist. Consumption with alcohol, other medications, or health products with sedative properties is not recommended.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
