When used in conjunction with a resistance training regimen, creatine monohydrate increases lean muscle mass.

Suggested Dose:  Adults (18 years and older): In a glass, add 250 mL (1 cup) of liquid (water, juice, etc.) to 1 scoop (5 g) of Creatine and mix well immediately before consumption.
