Suggested Dose and Administration: Adults and children 12 years of age and over: 10-15 drops 3 times daily in a little water.

I originally purchased this product for my daughter having pre-menopause symptoms. special night sweat and fluctuation of moods. It helped her in both aspects. And made the family happier. If you have intolerance to alcohol as she does, let the dosage sit in a small amount of very warm water, this way the alcohol evaporates. Compare to other similar product, this one is the most effective. thanks.
