Each serving ( 2 softgels) contains:

Fish Oil (anchovies, jack mackerel, sardines and/or mackerel) 1.78 g
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 1000 IU
EPA+DHA (as triglycerides) 1250 mg
EPA 750 mg
DHA 500 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Natural mint flavour, tocopherols (derived from non-GMO soy), rosemary extract. Softgel ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, purified water.

Suggested Dose: Adults, adolescents, and children 6 years and older take 2 softgels daily.
