Omega-3 EPA and DHA support cardiovascular health by promoting healthy triglyceride levels; support joint tissue health by supporting a healthy inflammatory response; and support optimal cognitive health and brain function.

Ingredients:

Fish oil 5 ml
From wild deep-sea fish oil: sardine (Sardina pilchardus; whole) and/or anchovy (Engraulis encrasicolus; whole). 
Providing:
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 900 mg
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 600 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Natural lemon oil, green tea (Camellia sinensis) and rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) extracts to prevent oxidation.

Purity : Does not contain Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Suggested Dose:

Children and adolescents 1–13 years: Take 1/2 teaspoon once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Adolescents and adults 14–17 years: Take 1/2 teaspoons once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Adults: Take 1 teaspoon once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
