Gentle and Effective Multi
I was introduced to this multi by my Chiropractor. At first I was sceptical about trying them because I cannot tolerate most multis. This has proven to be gentle yet it provides the required nutrients in an easy to take vege cap . I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for something simple and gentle.
