Ingredients:

Each serving (approximately 1g, or 1/2 teaspoon) Contains:

Bifidobacterium bifidum Malyoth super strain 2 billion colony forming units (cfu) of live, active  per 

cellulose powder, dehydrated potato powder, organic garbanzo bean (chick-pea) extract.

Suggested Dose: For adults and children 2 years and older: 

Use approximately 1/2 level teaspoon or 1 capsule one to three times a day mixed with 6 oz. of unchilled, filtered (chlorine free) water, preferably before meals to optimize digestion.
