Ingredients:

Each capsule contains:

Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) 302 mcg

Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 8.3 mcg

Myo-Ino-sitol 200 mg

Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 44.6 mg AT

Magnesium (magnesium citrate) 33 mg

Zinc (zinc citrate) 6.7 mg

Niacinamide 3 mg

Riboflavin 2 mg

Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea- rhizome extract standardized to 3% rosavins, 1% salidroside) 133.3 mg

Iodine (potassium iodide) 50 mcg

Selenium (selenomethionine) 50 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Capsule (hydroxyproplymethylcellulose), cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable), and silicon dioxide.

Purity: This product is non-GMO and gluten-free.

Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 capsule 3 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medical agents or natural health products.
