Each tablet contain:

Hops (Humulus lupulus) 7:1 cone extract equivalent to 2.8 g of hops 400 mg
Chicken cartilage† (gallus gallus) (Providing 0.6 mg of unhydrolyzed collagen type II)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, calcium silicate, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).
