Each tablet contains:

Iron (iron bisglycinate) 29 mg
Thiamin (thiamin mononitrate) 5 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 5 mg
Copper (HVP† chelate) 1 mg
Folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate††) 600 mcg
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 350 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, L-glycine, succinic acid, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).
