This topical magnesium gel is perfect for massage. It’s formulated to glide over tight, sore muscles and joints and hold magnesium on the skin.

Bolton’s Naturals Magnesium Chloride Gel can also help to soften rough skin. This version is unscented, but magnesium gel is also available with lavender essential oils.

Ingredients:  Each 1ml of seawater contains 225mg of magnesium chloride. Potency equivalent:  60mg

Water, Magnesium Chloride, Amigel, lavender essential oil, ethyl alcohol

Contains no fragrance, no petroleum.

Directions for Use: Apply directly to the skin and rub into muscles.

Shower or wipe away excess after 20 – 30 minutes, to allow time for the magnesium to fully absorb.
