1:2 - 500 mg/ml Valeriana officinalis* (Valerian organic root)

Non-medicinal ingredients:
50% organic ethyl alcohol base*.

DOSAGE
Adults and children > 12 years 18 drops 3-4 times daily (nervousness); 60 drops 30-60 minutes before bedtime (sleep aid), diluted in a little of water, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
- Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
- Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Sleep aid: consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists beyond 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).
- Consumption with alcohol, other medication or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
