Jardins La Val heureuse Ashwagandha 50 ml:

Traditionally used in Ayurveda: as Rasayana (rejuvenative tonic) to relieve general debility, especially during convalescence or old age as a sleep aid to balance aggravated Vata (nervine tonic, sedative) for memory enhancement.

Ingredients:

1 : 2 500 mg/ml Withania somnifera*
(fresh extract of organically grown of Ashwagandha root)

Non-medicinal ingredients: In a 50% organic ethyl alcohol*.

*Certified organic by Ecocert Canada

Suggested Dose: Adults: 1 ml (30 drops) in a little water 2-4 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.  Keep away from children. Do not use if security cap is broken.
