Genestra Multi EFA 90 Capsules :

A sourceofomega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA for the maintenance of good health. Helps support cognitive health and brain function.

Multi EFA Capsules contain a unique blend of fish, flax and borage seed oils. DHA is the most abundant omega-3 fatty acid in the brain. Supplementation with fish oils may support neural functioning in the hippocampus, a region of the brain associated with memory. EFA, especially LA and GLA, promote skin health by supporting epithelial cell function, maintaining the integrity of the epidermal barrier, and helping maintain water and electrolytes in the skin. LA accounts for approximately 12% of the total fatty acid content of the skin.
