Genestra MenoRelief 60 Capsules:

Affron® saffron (Crocus sativus) is standardized to ≥3.5% bioactives (crocin isomers and safranal). Adults and perimenopausal women show improvements in mood and sleep quality, and psychological domains of the GCS.

MS-10™ Korean thistle (Cirsium japonicum) & thyme (Thymus vulgaris) complex demonstrated reductions in total menopausal symptoms (Kupperman Index) and improvements in MENQOL domains over 12 weeks, with additional signals for reduced cortisol and improved IGF-1 in a randomized trial.

Recommended Dose: Adult women (18 years and older): Take 1 capsule 2 times daily, or as
recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

Cautions: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking mood related agents, suffer from any psychological disorder and any mood disorder/condition. Consult your healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Stop use if allergy occurs. Keep out of the reach of children.
