Ingredients:

Each teaspoon (5 ml) contains:

Marshmallow (Athaea officinalis Root Extract 4:1 - 500 mg Dried Equivalent) 125 mg
English Ivy (Hedera helix Leaf Extract 4-7:1- 160-280 mg Dried Equivalent) 40 mg
European Elder (Sambucus nigra subsp. nigra Fruit Extract 1 6:1 -400 mg Fresh Equivalent) 25 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, glycerin, xylitol, naturlaa flavours, citric acid, xanthan gum, potassium sorbat

Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 1 teaspoon 3 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medicines or natural health products. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Cautions: Do not use if you are allergic to ivy.
