Iron (iron gluconate)/ Fer (gluconate ferreux)

Iodine (from kelp)
50 mcg
Magnesium (from magnesium hydroxide)
1.5 mg
Zinc (from zinc gluconate)

Selenium (from sodium selenite)

Copper (from copper gluconate)

Manganese (from manganese gluconate)

Chromium (from chromium polynicotinate)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: : Purified water, glycerin, natural flavour, organic sweet orange oil, citric acid, xanthan gum, organic stevia leaf extract.

Recommended Adult Dose (Over 19 years): Take two tablespoons two times daily with meals, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Cautions:  Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer. Stop use if allergy occurs.     Helped with my depression

    I had major depressive disorder and started taking this a number of years ago. Within a week of taking it, my mood stabalized and I was able to get out of bed and get out and about during my day. The effects were tremendous althoug they only lasted about a month. I started taking it again recently to battle depression, along with 5-HTP supplement. Works great. My naturopath says people think they are deficient in vitamins, but in truth, most of us are severly deficient in minerals. And it tastes great!
