Non-Medicinal Ingredients:  Hypromellose, cellulose

Recommended Adult Dose: : Take two capsules two times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other drugs, minerals or B-vitamin supplements, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

The capsules are made from 100% pure vegetable sources, free of preservatives and additives.

Cautions:  If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your healthcare practitioner. If you have or if you are at risk of having hypoglycemia, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. Stop use and seek medicinal attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing.  If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, a liver, kidney or gall bladder disorders, bowel obstruction or edema; if you are allergic to the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family; or if you are taking products containing diuretics, do not use. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. Hypersensitivity such as allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience gastric irritation.
