Recommended use:
Provides live microorganisms that contribute to a natural healthy gut flora and confer a health benefit.

Directions (Adults):
Take 1 capsule daily with water or your favourite raw juice. If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, twist open 1 capsule daily, empty contents into a glass of water or milk, stir, and drink.

Caution:
Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days. Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain or if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). This product has come into contact with soy and barley.Do not use this product if you have a soy or barley allergy. This formula requires refrigeration after opening (3-7°C) to maintainculture viability.
