Divine Essence Citrus Supreme-Blend Essential Oil Organic 15ml

Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes. Topical - Bath: Add 2 drops (1st use) up to 8 drops in a neutral emulsifier or foaming base and stir. Bathe for 10 minutes, once a day. Massage : Mix 4 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply 1 time a day.

If nausea, dizziness, headache or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use. Not for use on inflamed, irritated, sensitive or damaged skin or if suffering from dermatitis.
