HistaGest DAO™ is formulated with gastro resistant coated tablets with delayed release technology, allowing the DAO enzyme to reach the small intestine and perform its beneficial action.

Taking it before each meal helps promote the amount of DAO in the small bowel to help break down histamine in the digestive tract supporting digestive comfort for individuals with sensitivity to histamine rich foods.

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains:

Sus scrofa (Pig) Kidney extract 4.2 mg
yielding:
Diamine oxidase 20 000 Histamine Degrading Units (HDU)

Non-medicinal ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, ethylcellulose, potato starch, sodium alginate, medium chain triglycerides, hydroxyproplmethylcellulose, olic acid, magnesium starate, stearic acid, purified water, ammonium hydroxide.

Purity: Does not contain gluten, dairy, soy, or GMOs.

Suggested Dose: Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 tablet 15 minutes before the consumption of histamine-rich foods two times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not crush or chew. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.
