Buffered vitamin C with citrus flavonoids, sea buckthorn and rutin to maximize absorption and recycling of ascorbic acid; Vitamin C is delivered in a pH neutral blend using a buffered mineral delivery system.

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains:

Vitamin C (magnesium ascorbate, calcium ascorbate, sodium ascorbate and potassium ascorbate) 500mg
Citrus bioflavonoids (fruit, Citrus sinensis) 150mg
Sea buckthorn (fruit, Hippophae rhamnoides) 4:1 extract equivalent to 500mg of dry fruit 125mg
Rutin (quercetin-3-rutinoside) 25mg
Zinc (zinc citrate) 625mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate.

Suggested Dose: Adults (19 years and older) - Take 2 capsules per day with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medicines.
