Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 107.2mg AT/160IU
Zinc (zinc citrate) 10mg
Beta-Carotene 7000IU
Selenium (selenium citrate) 50mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silica.

Suggested Dose: Adults (19 years and older) - Take 1 capsule, 3 times per day with meals. Take a few hours before or after other medicine.
