Lavender is used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve mild symptoms of mental stress and exhaustion, and to help sleep.

Lavender and caraway are traditionally used to help relieve mild digestion discomfort (stomachic/carminative).

Ingredients: 

*BIO (ORGANIC) refers to organically grown product (Certisys Inspection-BE-BIO-01)

Suggested dose: Adults and adolescents (12 years and over): 1 capsule 1-2 times per day. Swallow with a glass of water. To promote sleep: take 2 capsules before bedtime. Do not use for more than 3 consecutive weeks. Stop use for at least 1 week before using again.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are experiencing acute abdominal pain. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of mental and/or digestive stress persist or worsen. Keep out of reach of young children.
