Suggested Dose: Adults Take two capsules three times a day or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Cautions : Consult a health care practitioner if you take sedatives, MAO, contraceptives, HIV-1 protease inhibitors, non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, immunosuppresants, anticoagulant, vasodilators (dilate the vascular system to treat heart conditions), and any product to treat atrial fibrillation (a heart rhythm disorder), anti hypertensives (for high blood pressure), mood stabilizers, serotonergic products, antidepressants,migraine therapies, SSRIs and/or anti-epilepsy drugs, anti-anxiety, anti seizure products, antihistamines, brochodilators, and muscle relaxant. Consult a health care practitioner if you experience sleep disturbances, severe drowsiness and/or withdrawal symptoms upon abrupt discontinuation following chronic use. Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbance, nausea, restlessness and/or headaches. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within two hours of consumption. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV Therapy. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
Contraindications: Do not use if pregnant or breast feeding. Do not use in individuals with known or suspected sensitivity to the listed ingredients. Do not use if you are taking anti-cancer medications, blood thinners, antidepressant medications (e.g. selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors, anti-HIV agent, cardiovascular medication, immunosuppressant, and/or contraceptive medications.
