Ingredients:

Each vegetarian capsule contains:

MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) 400 mg
Glucosamine sulfate (potassium chloride from shrimp exoskeleton) 250 mg
Boswellia serrata (Boswellia serrata, 65% Boswellic acid, gum resin) 100 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable), silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).

Recommended dose (adults): Take two capsules 2 - 3 times a day with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Avoid taking at bedtime.Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
