Each 100 ml contains:

Cowslip (Primula veris) 3.1 ml
Dill (Anethum graveolens) 3.1 ml
Hops (Humulus lupulus) 29.4 ml
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) 3.1 ml
Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) 33.3 ml
Oat (Avena sativa) 7.7 ml
Peppermint (Mentha piperta) 3.1 ml
Pulsatilla (Anemone pulsatilla) 7.7 ml
St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) 3.1 ml
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) 3.1 ml
Vervain (Verbena officinalis) 3.1 ml

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, ethanol.

Purity: gluten free, soy free, GMO free, vegetarian friendly.

Suggested Dose: Take 30 drops in water three to five times daily or to be used on the advice of a healthcare practitioner.

As a sleep aid: Take 40 to 60 drops (up to one teaspoon) in water before bed time.
