AOR’s Vitamin D3 is sustainably sourced from organic Lichen, making this a vegan-friendly formula. It is suspended in a medium chain triglyceride solution for maximal absorption and has a neutral flavour, making it effortless to take.

Vitamin D is best known for its role in aiding with calcium absorption from the digestive system and promoting bone formation. However, it has many other actions including balancing immune function and supporting mood. Vitamin D is synthesized by the skin following exposure to ultraviolet rays from sunlight, but many people do not spend enough time outdoors and become deficient in this essential vitamin.
