Ingredients: Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes (and trace minerals), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), vegetable glycerin.

Suggested Use: Dissolve 1-3 cups of magnesium flakes into a warm foot bath or full tub bath and soak for 30 minutes or more. Dissolve up to 8 lbs of magnesium flakes in a full tub bath for intense applications. Temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot. Hot water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb.
