Purity/allergens: Contains no preservatives, corn, dairy, gluten, soy, wheat or yeast. However, this product may have come into contact with milk and/or soy. Do not use this product if you have a milk and/or soy allergy.

Suggested Dose: Adults: Add 1 teaspoon (6 g) to 250 mL of water or juice once per day or as directed by your health care practitioner. Stir briskly and drink immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Avoid taken immediately before bedtime. Effects observed 12-14 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.

Cautions: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; have high blood pressure, immune-compromised conditions (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, systemic lupus erythematous, long-term immune treatment), abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes, hemorrhoids or diarrhea. If symptoms of digestive upset, (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Reduce serving or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea. Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur in rare cases; in which case, discontinue use. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have surgery, acute infection, liver disorder, thyroid condition, gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, excess stomach acid, nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, severe abdominal pain or iron deficiency. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking birth control therapy/undergoing endocrine therapy, anti-platelet agents, blood thinners, anticoagulant/anti-inflammatory agents, other enzymes products, diuretics, licorice root, or other medical/health products that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Consumption with alcohol, other agents, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Store away from children and protected from light/moisture.
