Each Daily Dose (2 softgels) Contains:

Copper 2 mg
Lutein 10 mg
Vitamin C 500 mg
Vitamin E 180 mg AT/400 IU
Zeaxanthin 2 mg
Zinc 25 mg

Non-medical ingredients:Medium chain triglycerides, gelatin (bovine), glycerin, silica, lecithin (sunflower), beeswax, iron oxide black, iron oxide red.

Purity: Contains no gluten, lactose, artificial flavours, or preservatives.

Suggested Dose:  Take 2 soft gels per day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, with a meal containing oil/fat, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.. Take a few hours before or after taking other medical agents or natural health products.
