Each vegetarian capsule contains:
Pumpkin seed extract (water soluble) (Cucurbita pepo)	262 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (cellulose, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Purity: This product does not contain artificial preservatives, colours, or sweeteners; no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.

Recommended adult dose: First 2 weeks: 1 capsule 3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. After the first 2 weeks: 1 capsule 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use to exclude a diagnosis of prostate cancer, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner in cases of blood in the urine or acute urine retention, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
