Systane Omega-3 supplement is made from small fish such as sardines, mackerel, anchovies, and contains the natural triglyceride form of Omega-3.

Ingredients:  

Fish Oil (Sardine, Mackerel, Anchovy): 1000 mg

Yielding:
EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid): 400 mg
DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid): 200 mg

Non medicinal ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin

Suggested Dose:  Take 1 liquid gel 2 to 3 times daily. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects for dry eyes.
