organic elderflowers (Sambucus canadensis) 1:3.2 (200 mg)
propolis tincture (beehive) 1:9 (48.22 mg)
organic chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)  2:1 (1000 mg) 
organic linden (Tilia x europaea) 2:1 (1000mg) 
organic lemon balm ( Melissa officinalis) 2:1 (400mg) 
organic passionflower ( Passiflora incarnata) 2:1 (250mg)  

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Organic unpasteurized honey, organic apple cider vinegar, organic menthol, organic essential oil of eucalyptus, organic sugar cane alcohol.

Unpasteurized ; Store in the refrigerator once opened. Expiration 4 years from the manufacturing date even after opening.

Suggested Dose: 12 to 14 years old: Take 1 to 2 Tablespoon once a day, 30 minutes before bedtime. 15 to 18 years old: Take 1.5 to 3  Tablespoons once a day, 30 minutes before bedtime.
