Ingredients:

Elderberries (Sambucus canadensis)*  675 mg 
Elderflower (Sambucus canadensis) extract *   100 mg 
Propolis extract *    28.5 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients  :Unpasteurized honey*; Unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar*.

Suggested Dose: 

Children 10-14 years: 1 tsp 2 to 4 times a day
Children 5-9 years: 1 tsp 2 times a day
Children 2-4 years: 1 tsp once a day
