From Canadian-grown organic elderberries and organic elderflowers. Helps to improve cold and flu symptoms. It helps soothe sore throats, coughs, and fevers.

Ingredients:

Elderberries (Sambucus canadensis) extract (1:2.91)*   1658 mg 
Elderflower (Sambucus canadensis) extract (1:2,14)*       100 mg 
Propolis extract ( 1:5.08)*    24.1 mg
Echinacea root extract (Echinacea purpurea) (1:5.5) *   9.55 mg 

Non-medicinal ingredients  :Unpasteurized honey*; Unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar*; Sugarcane alcohol*

Suggested Dose: 

Adults: 2 tsp 2 to 4 times a day
10 to 14 years: 1 tsp 2 to 4 times a day
5 to 9 years: ½ tsp 2 to 4 times a day
2 to 4 years: ¼ tsp 2 to 4 times a day

Shake well before use.
