Suro Breathe 473 ml:

Breathe is a proprietary formula of organic botanicals including nettle, elderflower, eucalyptus, mullein, and plantain. 

This formula works quickly and effectively to open and clear the airways. Traditionally used in herbal medicine: As an expectorant to help relieve excess mucus from the upper respiratory tract. To relieve the symptoms of chronic bronchitis (anticatarrhal). To help relieve seasonal allergy symptoms.

nettle extract (Urtica dioica) *  300 mg
eucalyptus extract (Eucalyptus globulus) *  200 mg
elderflower extract (Sambucus canadensis) *    188 mg
fenugreek extract (Trigonella foenumgraecum) *   150 mg
thyme extract (Thymus vulgaris) *.    100 mg
marshmallow extract (Althaea officinalis) *   100 mg
mullein extract (Verbascum thapsus) *   100 mg
lanceolate plantain extract (Plantago lanceolata) *  75 mg
sage extract (Salvia officinalis) *    12.5 mg
American ginseng extract (Panax quinquefolius) *   3.75 mg
rosemary extract (Rosmarinus officinalis) *  2.5 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients  : Unpasteurized honey*, Elderberries*, Anise*, Spearmint*, Cinnamon*, Juniper berries*, Vitamin C, Clove essential oil*, Water.

Suggested Dose:  Adult: 1 tbsp., 4 times a day. Shake well before use.
