St Francis Rhodiola 60 Veg Capsules

Rhodiola has been used in traditional folk medicine to increase mental and physical endurance, work capacity, and longevity and to treat fatigue, depression, and nervous system disorders. It is a premier adaptogen whose effectiveness has been proved by numerous pharmacological and clinical studies.

Medicinal Ingredients: 150 mg per capsule. A 5:1 concentration, each capsule contains the equivalent of 750 mg of dried Certified Organic Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea, root).

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegicap), Rice Hulls powder, Microcrystalline Cellulose - Alcohol Free.

Suggested Dose: Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily on an empty stomach. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime.

Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are taking antidepressant medication; if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist. Discontinue use if you experience irritability or insomnia.

Contraindications: Do not use if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder.
