Suggested Dose: 3–6 capsules daily, in divided doses, between meals.

Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough vitamin B12, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder, do not use this product. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use.
