Each vegetarian capsule contains:

Oat (Avena sativa, seeds) 150 mg
Flax (Linum usitatissimum, seeds) 150 mg
Borage (Borago officinalis, seed oil) 75 mg
Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac, roots) 50 mg
Bibhitaki (Beleric myrobalan fruit) 50 mg
Haritaki (Chebulic myrobalan, fruit) 50 mg
Amla (Emblica officinalis fruit) 50 mg
Plum (Prunus domestica, fruit) 30 mg
Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis, roots) 25 mg
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum, seeds) 25 mg
Slippery elm (Ulmus rubra, bark) 25 mg
Papain (Carica papaya, fruit) 5 mg (10,000 FCC PU)

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Magnesium stearate (vegetable), microcrystalline cellulose, silicone dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule).

Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 6 capsules with at least 8 oz. (240 ml) of water or other fluids 2 times per day.
Do not take before bedtime. Taking this product with insufficient liquid may result in choking and/or blockage of the throat, esophagus or intestine. Take with food/meal 2 hours before or after taking other medical agents or natural health products. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. For occasional use only. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 7 days

Cautions: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. If you have diabetes, a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, are taking an anticoagulant/blood thinner or an anti-inflammatory, or are having surgery, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. If you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting, allergy to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach and tomato) consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare practitioner. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience abdominal pain/discomfort, cramps, flatulence, spasms and/or diarrhoea/loose stools while using this product, reduce dose or discontinue use. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking the product, seek immediate medical attention. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
