Cinnamomum aromaticum* (Cassia essential oil) (twigs)  15 mg

Elettaria cardamomum* (Cardamom essential oil) (seed)  8.33 mg
Carum carvi* (Carawway essential oil) (fruit)  6.67 mg

Suggested Dose: Adults (18 years and over): take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day, or as recommended by a health care practitioner. Take before meals. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.
